plan plan plan. Treat whatever time you're awake as your day. When you get up, have breakfast even if it's 5 PM. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep. I try not to eat anything past 4-5 Am.

Hello. My husband works 3rd shifts too and I actually log all his food. It's a little tricky logging it in. I'll have to say, I keep him motivated... Lol! He's noticing all the changes I'm going through. Drink lots of water as well, I'm always on his case about that.

i know its not the same.. but im in high school and work double shifts 9-10 hrs a day sometimes. or 6 days a week 5 hrs a day.

i joined a 24 hr gym and go when ever i can squeeze it in
also i pack a lunch and have breakfasts ready for me (cuz its so hard to get up and make somehting good for you when your so tired)
im on my feet at my job, so if i work 10 hr day and dont get to the gym i dont beat myself up about it

Just being on here everyday seeing how good my friends are doing keeps me motivated. I also love seeing how many calories i ingest everyday. I too used to work the third shift. I would exercise before work and enjoy the last of the daylight, then i would eat my dinner on lunch break and not eat before bed. I lost a lot of weight that way. I gained it all back after having my last baby but am getting back on track tryin to be a stay at home mom!! GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks everyone! i will keep logging on to keep myself accountable, it is tough though. i drink lots of water everyday so thats not a problem. i work in a lab walking around ALL of the time i am there so i do get a lot of movement.
