Hi, has anyone got any idea how many calories one burns on an I-joy, or on a vibration plates machine? The ijoy, I calculated as "horse walking" which although I use it on a faster mode am thinking its a machine not a horse... but no clue at all on how to calculate useage of vibrations plate? I know myself the Ijoy takes harder work, the plates machine I am not sure even actually burns cals although it does improve muscle tone. Anyone with any advice??

:blushing: Well...to be honest, it IS in front of the TV, BUT... it is like "trotting" on a horse and I am out of breath by the end of 30 minutes so it must burn some cals, ...might try find out on the I-Joy website.. or maybe just not count them - that'd be better for me at the end of the day I guess0
