My husband wants to go out 4 times a week to eat and usually all unhealthy which is what made me the way I am. Not him but me enjoying all the food... I don't eat to live I live to eat. How do you control this 21 yr habit.... I'm starting off slow but I'm hoping to work into this and win the biggest loser at work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT.....

You should tell it like it is:

That you are competing in you "Biggest Loser's" race at work, and that one of the reason's you are "this way" is because of eating out so much.

Don't go with him. Make yourself something healthy at home. I had this same problem. I had to just be frank with my husband and say you know what, this is why I weigh 271 pounds and I'm not doing it anymore, so you can eat how you like, but I'm not going to be a part of it anymore. I would make myself something and let him eat how he wanted. It wasn't easy, but now he hardly ever tries to get me to eat out and I'm 43 pounds lighter. I hate to be blunt, but you've got to stand up for yourself or you'll be setting yourself up for failure. I went through it for years.

You should have your healthy dinner before you head out.
Or, here is a website that will tell you which restaurants in your area have healthy meals:

What is your husband's motivation to eat out? Does he not like to cook? Is he overweight? Is he bored at home? Are meals at home not what he likes? Is he lazy (usually that is why mine eats out!! haha!)

Understanding why he eats out so much may help convince him not to. (I imagine your evenings are your little amount of time together so why spend them eating seperately?)

Maybe you can find some fun NON FOOD activities that you can do at home and not eating out 4 times a week has to save almost or at least $100 a week! Talk him into maybe one night out a week and put that money toward something fun to do together on the weekend or to save up for a vacation!
