I get overheated and an elevated heart rate then yes, I do get nauseous. I workout this summer with window air conditioner set to 69 degrees, and the ceiling fan going full blast with me working out directly under the fan.

I've been working out at a moderate to high intensity 5-6 days a week for almost 3 years. About a month ago I started a new job and could not workout in the morning so I switched to late afternoon workouts. I usually workout at about 5 pm, I am in very good shape but once I started doing my workouts at night I started experiencing nausea once I would eat after my workout. I eat about 30 minutes after my workout and the nausea is debilitating. I feel like the only way to feel better is to throw up but I haven't thrown up; the nausea lasts for 60-90 minutes. Please help
Um, don't eat 30 minutes after your workout. Wait longer.0 -
