5 days of sickness

Day 5, no energy, no workouts, not eating right, not really counting calories . . . feel like crap.

Doing P90X, last week was first week of final phase and dont know what to do now. Thought I'd be able to work out this am, but still dont have the energy.

Desperately want/need to get back on the train . . .

    Some times you are just sick. Life happens. Chill, ease back into working out with walks and easy routines. Don't over exert yourself- be kind to your body and give it what it needs. If that means resting and feeling like crap for a bit, than that's what you should do!
