Hi everyone,
My name is Julie and I am new here, I just found this site today and find it could be good for me )
I actually started my weight loss journey in November and have lost 18lbs so far ... so I'm doing good but I am very interested in seeing what works and what doesn't for others. For the past couple of weeks I've been struggling and keep going up and down about 3-4lbs which is driving me crazy...
I am a pear shape and I hear it's harder so if anyone has tips for me I'd be really happy.

Don't know about the pear shape but I can relate to the going up and down lbs, that why I think you have done the right thing joining MFP as it will help to keep you focused and you will learn so much, as well as having fun. Good luck to you, and congratulations on your loss so far.0 -
Hello Julie! Nice to meet you, welcome to MFP! I recommend drinking green tea with your diet, studies show that it has a slight effect on your metabolism long term, which may make it easier to drop the pounds. It also has tons of antioxidants in it so it is good for you. I drink 3 cups a day and I feel more energetic!
