Sweating

Hi,
I have been exercising for just over a month now and i've noticed that im starting to sweat a lot more. Not only during my workouts but when im sitting normally. I have read that this can be a symptom of a high metabolism, I just wanted to see if this is happening to anyone else?

    Ii sweat a TON during workouts (even when I don't think that I'm doing as much as I could be doing) but I'm cold the rest of the time so no sweating all the time, but I am sweating a lot.
  • I noticed this happening to me as well. Then I hopped on MFP and read that it's a good thing! Your body is working well at cooling itself.

    Becoming more efficient at sweating is a common adaptation to an exercise program. It has nothing to do with metabolism.
