    OatFit pouches (5)
Instant Soup (one black bean, one split pea...for when I forget my lunch)
    pretzel rods

I also have a package of hummus, a container of blue cheese crumbles and some salad greens in the fridge at work so I can throw together a fairly satisfying lunch without needing to be organized in the morning.... (Just add raita, or leftover risotto, or leftover portobello mushroom....)

I don't have a snack drawer since I am a stay at home mom. I try to keep these items for snacks (sometimes hard to do with two teenagers in the house):

Quacker mini rice cakes - different flavors
    popcorn
    pretzel m & m's
    Michaels seasoned baked cheddar puffs
    Laughing Cow Cheese
    sugar free jello
    sugar free pudding mix
    apples
    clementines
    grapes
    celery & carrots

Really good. I was surprised. I got the strawberry ones and they taste just like the real thing without the jelly. They are good for curbing my sweat tooth.
  • Instant soups from an Eastern European store (very low sodium & low calorie)
    Instant oatmeal packets
1/2 cup servings of 1-minute oatmeal
    Special K bar
    Doctor's Carbrite bars

and in the work fridge I keep...
Muscle milk, Atkin's shakes or GNC lean Muscle meal
    tons of water
    coke zero
    greek yogurt
