$100 - $300 range = P90X or Insanity, by Beachbody .com, no gym membership, P90X requires dumbells or resistance bands, and Insanity only requires some floor space and a puddle of sweat

I picked up a deal on a T/M at my local pawn shop.

Proform XP590S with less than 300 miles/100 hours on the clock - $50.

Really only needing adjustment and lubrication on the belt and it works perfectly. I run every AM on this and am loving it.

Talked to PIAS and they offered me $200 trade-in sight unseen. Said I could sell it for $400 privately.
  • Love my Reebok Step.

Always end up a sweaty mess after a session on that thing!

Best equipment for the price has been my own body doing Insanity. Jumping jacks, push-ups, heisman, power jumps, jump squats, level one drills - no gadgets necessary.
