Aloe Vera Juice

So I purchases a big jug of Aloe Vera Juice from Sunflower Market the other day. I havent tried it yet as I am in the middle of a cleanse right now. Just curious if anyone on MFP drinks this regularly and if you have noticed a difference?

    Me and my daughter(14) drink it. We get it from an Asia Market. You'll probably have to try a few brands before finding one you like . Some are "skunky". You have to be careful with it, just like any other sweet juices.
