Hi i'm Matt.
My wife told me about this place when I mentioned that I was looking for a food diary app on my phone.
I'm 38 and weigh in at 93kg, goal weight is 80kg. Hoping to get there through diet modification and exercise. I eat the right things maybe 2 or 3 times a week but I eat twice the appropriate portion size of the right thing as well as twice the portion size of the wrong thing the other 4 days a week.
I have had a crappy couple of months due to poor health. Started with a chest infection which lasted 2 weeks and rolled into a migraine which lasted 3 weeks and I had one clear week where I got out on my new bicycle and was loving life until I had a stack and came off the bike and broke my arm. That was two weeks ago and I am in a sling for 2 more weeks then hopefully back on the bike.
I have made an appointment to see a dietician/naturopath in 2 weeks and rather than bingeing for the next 2 weeks I am trying to get a head start on it.

Hi Matt welcome to my fitness pal. This is a great way to lose weight.
There are many supportive people to answer any questions you
might have. The best way to stay on track for the next couple of
weeks is measure everything you eat.I drive my husband crazy
because I go to the dinner table with a measuring cup and scale.
Good luck with your weight loss and don't forget small changes
end up having big results.0 -
Thanks Pwodek.
BTW thats not me in the pic lol0
