Hi all! how come there are no calories listed for sit ups, revere sit ups, etc in the data bank??? I'm just really curious as to how many calories I burn for doing 100 bent knee sit ups ( 1 set) and 50 reverse sit ups (1 set)??? can anyone help??? thanx in advance!:flowerforyou:
