Hi,
I'm new to "myfitnesspal" and I have been on Jenny Craig for three months and I love it!! I have lost 34 lbs and 21 1/2 inches!! I was just wondering if anyone else is on this plan and how do you like it?

Congrats on your weight loss!!
I have a friend of mine that went to her Doctor while on that and her blood pressure was sky high! the sodium counts are very high. He ordered her off of it immediately. Be careful!0 -
