May 16 2010, weighing 23 and a half stone, disabled in respect of lower joints crumbled as well as shoulders due to degenerative osteo condition, I was diagnosed diabetic and wheat intolerant. Nice. Everything had to change, or die before I hit 40.
I now (as of Friday just gone), weigh in at 12 stone 8lb and on the way to 12 stone on the nail and the first time of being within the healthy BMI bracket since I was 5.
