Pushing Myself

I've been walking/running for the last two months. I worked up to walking 10 minutes and running 15 @ 5.8mph. Today I had a big lunch when I got home and really felt good and fueled up. So I did my 10 min warm up walk and went to 5.8 for 5, then 6.2 for 5, 6.6 for 5, and finally 7.0 for 5 minutes. I'm not sure if I had more to give but I'm very happy that I pushed my boundaries and found that I could do much more then I thought I could. I think once every two weeks I'll try this again and see if I can go any faster.
