What's worse?

Ok..i'm sure this has been asked before.. but what's worse at the end of the day..going over Calories, Carbs , Protein or Fat? I tend to some days be over in my carbs..other days over in my protein...when I still have a good 200 calories left.

    I'd say going over calories in general is bad. Going over in fat CAN be bad, but it depend on what kind of fat you're eating, bad saturated or worse trans fats, eek.

    Hi

    I'm no expert but if I go over, I try to stick with protein...an eg or grilled chicken

    LM that also depends on whether you exercised that day or not. Additional protein can be ok after a hard workout (first 30 minutes). So can additional carbs.
    As a general rule I guess to many calories is always no good.
