Just finished this (may die, in which case this question is irrelevant). But if I don't die, how would I log this? Circuit training? Aerobics?

I thought the same thing after I finished it!! I have been doing it for about a week or so and I am still not quite able to do everything they do. I logged it as high intensity aerobics. That's the closet thing I could think of it being.0

I have done the workout with a HRM, and the closest I came to it was "aerobics, high impact" with the same calorie burn according to MFP's options.0
