Stairmill workout

Hi,

I did my first interval workout on stairmill. It's a real killer ! It took 40 minutes, including warm up and cool down.
According to HRM I burnt 600 kcal, I was sweating, and this was far more demanding then anything else.

I'm gonna do this 3 times per week ( still doing other fitness things ).

Anyone else got similar opinion ?
