I personally eat my breakfast before working out, wait about 2 hours, and then have at it. I make sure that there are lean proteins and carbs in that meal, and I never have a big meal. Normally I eat about 250-325 calories for breakfast. I also have something directly after working out to replenish glycogen stores and help with muscle repair. I prefer Shakeology for that, but I believe that any great tasting protein shake is great for that.0
