Was wondering if I should be doing this workout everyday....no off days?

  • I aim to do mine 5 days a week...I don't think you should do any workout every day, you need a rest day :)
  • every other day is fine, trust me :)

if you are just starting out...i'd gauge how your first one went, but you do need a rest day cause you are breaking down muscle and it will need time to heal up and Jillian will kick yer butt so lol yeah
  • I do the Shred 6 days a week :) If you're new to working your muscles at all, start slow though - Jillian is no joke!

i think you you should do some form of exercise every day but not the same one break it up allways a good idea
  • I love 30 day shred, but try mix it up with my time in the gym. Because I can't get to the gym on the weekend, I do 30 day shred on Sat and Sun, best weekend workout as it's quick but effective.

Enjoy, but don't tire yourself out :) It's a marathon, not a sprint as they say

I have done it three days running and I *hurt*. Maybe I need a day off!

It is designed to do it every day for 30 days to see maximum results. It is only twenty minutes so I dont think it is too much for every day. I have just completed day 9 (in a row) and feel great. I had sore muscles for 3 days then the soreness went away.

I plan to do the full thirty days then will probably reduce it and mix in other exercises .

.Ive already lost several inches so I cant wait to see the results at the end
