I aim to do mine 5 days a week...I don't think you should do any workout every day, you need a rest day0

every other day is fine, trust me0

if you are just starting out...i'd gauge how your first one went, but you do need a rest day cause you are breaking down muscle and it will need time to heal up and Jillian will kick yer butt so lol yeah0

I do the Shred 6 days a week
If you're new to working your muscles at all, start slow though - Jillian is no joke!

I love 30 day shred, but try mix it up with my time in the gym. Because I can't get to the gym on the weekend, I do 30 day shred on Sat and Sun, best weekend workout as it's quick but effective.
Enjoy, but don't tire yourself outIt's a marathon, not a sprint as they say

I have done it three days running and I *hurt*. Maybe I need a day off!
(she won't be impressed though, will she? Don't tell her)0 -
It is designed to do it every day for 30 days to see maximum results. It is only twenty minutes so I dont think it is too much for every day. I have just completed day 9 (in a row) and feel great. I had sore muscles for 3 days then the soreness went away.
I plan to do the full thirty days then will probably reduce it and mix in other exercises .
.Ive already lost several inches so I cant wait to see the results at the end0
