My Name is Lindsay and I'm a Food Addict - Day 8

hello... so yesterday went well. i had plain oatmeal, scrambled eggs and a banana for breakfast, watermelon, a yogurt and cauliflower for snack 1, a bacon cheeseburger and fries for lunch (ok, not so good, but it was delicious), a banana and strawberries for snack 2, veggie pasta salad with beans for dinner and milk and digestive cookies for snack. not a bad day at all. even though the burger was not great, the rest of the day was, so i'm not too worried. i also walked yesterday to work (15 mins) and from work (i took the long way so it was about 25 mins). i feel goos today, i'm happy and glad that it's been a couple days since i binged. i didn;t even really have the urge last night. i started to get hungry at about 8, so i had the milk and cookies so it got my through that rough patch.

today my plan is to just enjoy the day, enjoy the food i brought and not binge tonight. i would also like to go for a walk in the evening that is at least 20 minutes. i have my monthly time so i feel sick today,:sick: but i am not going to let it dampen my day, and i'm not going to self medicate with burgers and ice cream like i normally do.

here is to today, and to enjoying life.
