HI, I had my son almost 2 years ago and struggling to loose the weight and the belly and big boobs it left me. My stomache is big and it saggy over my pants line and my boobs grew from a 42c to a 42DD and I want them back to a 42 c or smaller. Any exercises that work to shrink those let me know.

Hey there. Well, there really is no way to spot lose weight. You have to lose it all over, but you can target the area and tone it up. Once you start losing weight you will see them reduce. Then you can go on to the toning and muscle building portion which is so important!

Good luck and congrats on being a mommy!

Losing a pound a week, as this site advocates, is the way to go. Also, lose while you are still young, before skin has lost its ability to shrink with the rest of you. You can do this--with lots of people in the same situation you are in. Best of success! :drinker: (lots of water)

I just had my 4th baby 7 months ago and have lost almost 80 pounds using MFP (21 of it was baby weight and 58 was just me being fat and making bad choices weight). I have gone from a 42 D to a 36 full B/ small C. Like a previous poster said- there isn't any way to target your weight loss... just start losing and it will come off where it needs to come off. Make sure you incorporate exercise during your weight loss endeavors and don't wait until you reach your goal weight... exercise will make all the difference in how your body looks and feels- the weight is just part of it. If I can do it with a house full of kids (I also have a stepdaughter so that makes 5 total) and just finished Grad school 2 months ago... then anyone can. I'm not rich, I don't have trainers, or a maid, or a cook... I am all of the above and I made it a priority and I did it and am still doing it and you can too!!!

I, like the previous poster, have lost a bit and I went from a 40D to a 36C so far. I have 2 kids. The best I can tell you is to just start losing. If you are anything like me, the weight will come off everything.

First, off my biggest regret would be not breast feeding because that helps shrink the breast and stomache but otherwise my baby is perfectly healthy and is above average for his age. By not brest feeding is how I got the big breasts and I am so insecure of my breast and stomache that I can't where the clothes I want because of that issue.

There's no secret or special way to target those areas. The answer for you is the same as for everyone on here.... get your diet under control and exercise! Eat clean, healthy, unprocessed foods as much as possible, lots of fruits, veggies, water, lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats, stay within your calorie goal for the day and get your body moving!

I was in a similar boat 7 months ago. My son turned 2 and my body was still in bad shape! I was lazy and just figured my body would magically go back to what it was. I finally decided to make this lifestyle change and get healthy again. Started eating right and exercising and guess what? The weight and fat is coming off. It takes time to lose the fat and weight. So, please don't expect an overnight solution. Stick with the plan and you will see results!

Even if you can't get to a gym, put the baby in the stroller and walk or jog. When I go for a jog with my son, I stop at the park to let him play for awhile and while we are there, I step up and down on benches, do jumping jacks and chase him around. I keep my heart rate up the entire time we are there. You would be surprised how many calories you can burn if you just keep your body moving.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I don't know of any exercises that reduce breast size--you can firm the muscles beneath the breast, but the breast itself is fat--the only way to lose breast tissue is with fat loss or a breast reduction.
