I'm new to myfitnesspal, looking for some new ideas for bulking up and keeping my abs.

Not sure if you currently taking any protein shakes, but i heard a lot about GNC Beyond Raw Re-Built Mass. My roommate is currently taking it, and just recently gained 5lbs. At the same time look into pre-workout supplements.
My all time favorite is Jack 3D.

Make sure to eat more calories than your body is burning, lift lower rep sets of heavier weights, make sure to get lots of protein, use whey protein shakes immediately after workouts, and do occasional cardio to keep the extra calories from turning to fat.0
