OK...maybe I am a pack rat...maybe I am thrifty...maybe I am a realist... I can't throw out my fat man clothes.
I have bags full of size 42 - 48 pants and shorts and XXlg - XXXXlg shirts...some still have tags.
How many times I lost weight only to open the fat man bags again when I gain it back.

Well...I ain't going back this time!
I'm feeling better and want to enjoy my family.
So I am going to erase any tracks or evidence of my former self so I can't find my way back there.

I know I am not alone on this.
What have you done with your 'fat' clothes? :explode:

Donated or recycled or threw some of the bad ones out. I did not feel the least bit scared or worried for getting rid of my fat clothes. Good riddance! I am never going back there again.

I just started my donation bag the other day...only a couple of items in it so far but it will be full in no time.....get rid of them, they are just taking up space ;)

There used to be a clothing exchange on obesity help that you could donate clothes to others on their journey. It was a nice thing. I sent stuff to several people and got a few things for my in-between sizes. I can't find anything like that this time around. Just asking around about who needs the sizes I have and I'll be headed to goodwill eventually.

I take notions to go through my wardrobe and pull out all my fat clothes! Anything really good gets put on eBay, and anything else gets put in a bin bag and sent to charity!
