I have got rid of almost 4 stone of weight, however I got thinking during body pump, i havent increased my squat weights all that much however as 4 stone is approx 20kilo and i used 20kilo weights in squats, and now 22.5kilo (thinking of 25kilo)
am i effectively working myself less cause my body weighs less and would i need to increase my squat weight?
I probably worded it really badly but this question has been going about my head since last night, gah.

if you can comfortably squat with that weight then its time to increase it, regardless of your own weight you should always be pushing yourself not cruising through a class
that said I put baby weights on yesterday because I was just soooo tired! but will up it next time to make up for it!
