new to the site

Hello to everyone !
just joined the site about a week ago. so far I find the food diary pretty easy to use. i'm 48, currently weigh about 218 started at about 220. would like to lose a total of about 20-30 lbs. trying to be more active, took up hiking about a year or so ago and really enjoy that when i can. I travel alot for work, about 6 months a year. so whenever i am near the mountains or good hiking areas i try to get in some hikes ! currently working out 3 days a week, plus at least 2 other days for cardio only work outs. would like to meet new people to exchange thoughts and ideas for work outs and nutrition. look forward to talking with people in the near future.
