I have been a member of MyFitnessPal for the past several months. I lacked consistency though and really want to commit to doing better. I recently lost 12 pounds, but I was taking a popular prescription weight loss drug. I knew this was not the right way for me to go about losing weight, but I was just tired and frustrated. I told very few people that I was taking this medication because I felt like I was cheating and almost felt ashamed that I had resorted to that. I quit taking it and now am worried that I will not lose anymore or worse gain back what I have lost. I am 5'3" and this morning weighed 141.5. I would like to lose about 10 more pounds. I really want to do this the right way and make it a lifestyle change. If anyone has had a similar experience or can be any support I could use it. One thing I've never done is seek any support or accountability. Maybe that has been a missing piece in all of this for me.

I did the diet pills once and never again.
They got me hyper and at 11:00 pm I will still going strong. They were a prescription
from the doctor too. So I tried it the old fashion way with eating healthy and exercise
and so far this working for me. If you need help just add me as a friend.
Its a journey and everyone needs help at sometime. Good Luck!!
