Toasted Almonds...YUM!
So, I discovered something last week that has made my life so much easier. I purchased a bag of raw almonds, and at first the taste was a little bland. I decided to doctor them up a bit by taking about 5-6 servings and placing them on a cookie sheet. I did a light spray of Pam on top and then sprinkled the almonds with a dash (no really, just a tiny dash) of coarse salt. I popped them in the oven at 375 and 15 minutes later they were done! I counted out the servings and put them in separate zip lock bags. Now, I can just grab and go on my way to work.
What a simple snack!

I eat raw almonds but this sounds like a good idea to mix things up a bit!0

I've done this too, but added garlic powder and cayenne pepper to it as well. Sooooo good!0

These sound great. I really dislike the taste of raw almonds and usually have to eat them with something else, so these sound delish.0
