I only lost .2 pounds this week, which isn't much but I will take it.

Current Weight: 135 lbs
The scale barely moved all week, but then yesterday it finally went down. I saved enough calories throughout the week to have a nice filling Superbowl, which was totally worth it.

my scale at home is misleading. the scale at the gym is much more accurate, to my chagrin. but a loss is a loss!

Got new scale....high tech and much more accurate than old scale....

Was heavier that I thought....or gained this week.
Am paying more attention to caloric intake though...so will keep trying.0
