Goals for Protein, Carbs Fat per day??

I am wondering what you shoot for. I am told to shoot for 55% carbs, 25% protein 20% fat each day. Does this sound reasonable?

    Very reasonable and balanced. I think I am set at 50/25/25, so pretty close to what you have.

    I'm in a weight loss phase right now so I'm 40/40/20 P/C/F, Occasionally I'll step it up to 50/30/20 P/C/ F but I find that really difficult to maintain for more than a few weeks.

    When I'm not in a weight loss phase, I really don't bother with specific ratios, but it is definitely higher carb, probably close to what you're doing.
