I'm not putting this under weight loss, since I am actually looking into this for pain management. My latest fibromyalgia flare has been much longer and more painful than usual, and the hubs recommended hypnosis for pain management.
Anyone ever use hypnosis for anything? Was it expensive? Did it work? Is there a possibility I can get insurance to cover this if my doc refers me?
I have to figure out something to help with this pain, I can't remember the last time it was this bad and I have a lot coming up (work road/plane trips) that will only make it exponentially worse if I don't make it better soon.
