swollen knee?

Hey guys,

SO I don't know what I did to it, but my knee is super swollen! I put ice on it, but the swelling isn't coming down. It doesn't hurt, just feels kind of weird. It holds my weight fine, and it bends, but the swelling just won't come down!

Help?

    ok...update? BOTH of my knees are swollen. WHAT is going on?

    Did you have a big workout??? Eat lots of salt????

    nope! I don't know what happened! They're still swollen, although not as much. Sometimes my body and I have severe disagreements... lol.
