I thought this article had a few helpful hints - I used to always line produce drawers for towels to help with clean up but hadn't done it lately. Guess I have good reason to start again! I have seen a lot of people post about how much more they are spending on their healthier food choices - maybe a few of these can help us even out again.
I never thought to freeze fresh herbs - DUH! Although I had heard a lot of people say they go through their fridge about 4-5 days after buying veggies and freezing anything about to turn bad ie: zucchini, green beans, tomatoes. They then use them in soups.
