Ok! I need some general advice here! My diet is going good.....the ONLY thing that I am messing up now is weekends. Saturday is my break day so I don't workout that day. From Friday night to Monday morning is always a WAR! Do you guys have any tips and advice fore me?
I know I need to get more water and protein + limit fat intact.
Any tips and motivation and inspiration is greatly appreciated!
I already found out that I workout longer and harder when I got up-beat music blasting out my ears!=D Hell yeah! ( Hence Kanye West lol)
I am super excited to be doing this now! I finally feel like I got a good rhythm to my lifestyle and things are look up!

Weekends always mess me up too. But to limit the damage I try to work out on Friday and Saturday and I have made my weigh in day Sunday. That way I definately think about what I eat because I always want that scale to go down. I think you just have to get a routine to stay good over the weekends. Good Luck!0

Plan, Plan, Plan. Make a plan for the weekend you can stick with (i.e, not too restrictive!!!) and stick to it. It reduces stress and allows you to relax knowing you haven't blown a weeks worth of hard work.0

I spent the first 6 months on this site not losing a pound . . . well let me clarify . . . I would be great weekdays and lose my typical 2 pounds and then undo all that hard work on the weekends with just a few bad choices so every monday morning my weight would be the same as the previous monday.
I finally realized that I had to make a choice, did I want to continue to live in this circle or did I want to make some positive changes to my health and my body? I want to be slimmer MORE than I want to have extra calories or beer on the weekends. Once I had this "talk" with myself it became easier to remain dedicated every day.
I don't have a break day or a "cheat" day. If I am craving something I may wait it out for a day, or more, but will then have a 1/2 portion of "whatever" it is. I don't deny myself because that leads to an all-day binge of every item I have been craving. Now that I've been consistent with this for the last 7 months I've had good results.0 -
I always use my break day in the middle of the week, because I know I'll be busy and focused on school or work, instead of eating too much. That way, when I can relax on Saturday, I can overindulge a little bit more, because I worked out. I definitely think Saturday or Sunday is usually when I push myself the hardest.0
