Hey, I'm new to this website. I found it through the iPhone app and i really love it! I think this is the way I can lose weight once and for all.
Ive been strength training for about 2 years however I still have extra weight that I want to lose so now I'm switching to an endurance weight program with extra cardio.
Hopefully I can find motivation and help on here through the forums.
