Busting the Bust line

Is there an exercise to lessen the bust line?
At 105 lbs I was a very low B, at 220 lbs they made it up to DD. Now that I am on the down track and down to 180 they are still large D. They are stressful on my back and i would like to know if there are ways to target this area to reduce them.
On the flip side for any ladies who may wonder, is there a way to increase them thru exercise?

Keep up on the diet and exercise, if you are losing fat, you will lose from the boobs. Everyone is different; some lose there first, some last. I also lose there last!

That is always one of the first places I lose, but alas there is no really good "toning" activity that makes them smaller or bigger. You may be a skinny girl with big boobs and you may have to surgically reduce them if they don't start to go away as you reach your goal weight.0

Though it doesn't make them physically bigger - building your pecs makes your boobs stick out more. And while you're doing flys, you can chant "I must, I must, I must increase my bust!"
