Hi All,

Just thought i would say Hi, been using MFP for a few weeks now but only just come on the forums, im 23 M looking to lose about 2 stone at least

Currently

6'1 18 Stone

    ideally like to lose more, but then stay at 16 stone with muscle rather than flab :)
