Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is John I live in Louisiana. Been out of shape ever since I got out of grad school and started working...luckily my boss has just challanged me to a weight loss challenge from today to April 14th (64 days). Not only do I want to win, but I think it's a great opportunity to get me back into shape.
