5 day slim down!

i was just at walmart, and they have this dvd called walk at home: the 5 day slim down. so i picked it up! this dvd is so much fun! and it even gives 5 meal plans for breakfast to help jumpstart your metabolism! WHOSE WITH ME?! what i want yall to do is post your weight the first day (in the morning) and COMPLETE the 5 days, then come back to this and tell me your end result!

Leslie Sansone is amazing, I have the walk slim dvd. I like to do the two mile(30 min) twice a day. The walk at home videos are really great....0

the dvd is only 10 dollars at walmart, on the exercise equipment isle. the meal plans are explained on the dvd, i havent done them yet because i dont have the ingredients for most. they are:
DAY 1: scrambled eggs, wheat toast and strawberries
DAY 2: oatmeal and half a banana w/ peanutbutter
DAY 3: wheat bread french toast (2 slices), syrup and peanut butter, strawberries
DAY 4: smoothie made of yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, banana and skim milk
DAY 5: yogurt or granola bar (or something "grab n go")
now these are just the basics of what it covers on the dvd, she explains all of it and how to make them in the dvd. i just did the 15 minute mile and its extremely fun and really made me winded. lol0
