I am harping all the time about the scale. It NEVER moves for me, especially when I am breast feeding-which I am doing now. So I keep calling myself the "fat" personal trainer. When I look at myself in the mirror and compare myself to all the other girls at the gym I am not much heavier than them. I bought a shirt right after I had my baby and it was sooo tight. I just put it on today and it was lose and I wore it.

One of my teachers keeps talking about getting some marketing by going out and doing body fat % at different events-like 5k's and things like that, just to give people the knowledge about your body fat percentages.

I am on here telling you about this, because those of you discouraged when you are trying your hardest-don't be that hard on yourself. Everyone loses differently. If nothing is changing, then you probably need to re-approach what you are doing. Look at your workouts-have you hit a platue, or are you eating more than you should. Be honest with yourself. If you are working your hardest and not seeing the change on the scale-see what is happening in your clothing. It is a much better scale to go off of than your weight. Trust me. Also, if your friends are telling you-"you look great!"-don't roll your eyes, thank them, because you most likely do look great and you just haven't realized it!!!
