Calorie count for strength training....????

How can I get a reading of calorie burned for strength training? Is this possible in MFP? Thanks much!

I'm just logging it as circuit training and adjusting the time downwards to match what my trainer thinks is about right. 1 hour of squats, kettlebells, plank etc etc should be about 600 cals.0

You can enter it in the cardio section as strength training.0

It's also under cardio, if you search for strength training. Just put in the time and MFP calculates the calories for you.0

I think there is strength training under Cardio. ....I think.0
