When you're going to prepare the patties ...
I used (canned mushrooms- Great Value brand about 58 cents a can ;)
Fresh green jalapenos ( no they're not that HOT!)
and chopped onion ( sprinkled from can )
that's all and just place patties on a plate and pour some juice on them let them soak up
in fridge for a couple of hours then place on stove top with pan until they look done
these are so juicy! and toast your wheat toast's( I like Nature 's Valley honey wheat)
then spread light mayo ! mustard ketchup .. veggies pickles tomato lettuce
then... finally make a burger with melted queso fresco!

I was looking for a good substitute for mayo. Do you just use the plain greek yogurt by itself? Isn't it kinda watery?
