am i loosing weight too fast!

Hi all! so i joined 7 days ago and in the time between then and now i have lost 9lbs im thinking this could be unhealthy?! it calculated that i should only eat 1200 calories a day, which i have been sticking to and i go to the gym twice a week and spend about 2 hours there! im concerned as ive been reading you should only loose about 2lbs a week.



can anyone advise me?

    I say as long as your eating at least 1200 calories per day, you're fine. The weight tends to fall off quicker in the beginning and slow down as time goes on. If you're concerned you can always up your calorie intake to maybe 1400 or so a day. Other than that, great job and keep it up!
