Hi there! My name is Kim. I just celebrated my 50th birthday! I am working SO hard to get healthy after a knee injury. I have lost 40# so far and want to lose another 50#. I have a personal trainer that I see weekly to keep me on track. I work out 4-6 days/week. I seem to be losing - but not where I want to! Why can't I lose this tummy??!! Argh! Any suggestions?

  • Congrats on the weight loss. The weight never comes off where you want it....at first. Give it time and stay with it. The extra will come off your belly :)
