For some reason this week I am feeling more hungry then my first 4weeks. I started eating some of my work out calories last week so I am eating about 150-200 more calories then previous week. Even with eating this calories back I am still feeling hungry. I have meet me protein goal and get some in with every meal. I also gained 3lbs in my last weight in after eating my work out calories back. Anyone know why I might be feeling so hungry this week?

Eat an apple, still hungry eat another. Not many people can make it past two without feeling stuffed uncomfortably.0

FIBER FIBER FIBER
It seriously will fill you up. Fruit, whole grains, or even a fiber supplement. Also when you feel yourself getting hungry...try drinking a large glass of water and then wait about 10 minutes and then see how you feel then. Sometimes your body is actually more thirsty than hungry.

It is not even a once in a while thing. I drink water with lemon juice in it all day long. I never had this hungry all the time feel since my first week. I pretty much eat the same meals so there shouldn't be much difference that way. I meet my protein goal and calorie goal so I don't get why I am so much hungry this week.0
