Hi my name is Alex! I was introduced to this website by a girl I take Zumba with during the week! I thought I would try this site out and do a better job of tracking my food and exercise calories! I really want to lose about 30 pounds and would love support. I have been trying to lose weight for a long time but can never keep it off. Hopefully I can make it this time. I can't wait to interact with you on message boards!

Try Zumba, I am telling you it's my favorite workout. You don't even feel like you are working out. Some of the time you are dancing, it's a blast.0

Welcome Alex. I'm rather new to the message boards myself. The support has been wonderful. I lost 10 lbs in 3 months before I started My Fitness Pal but lost 8 lbs in the month since I started so I know it works. Good luck to you and feel free to add me as a friend.0
