I just joined MyFitnessPal today. I'm not sure how I can avoid going over my daily calorie needs a day: 1200 seems too low!
Anyway, here are my stats:
current weight: 111.8 pounds
goal weight: 105 pounds
by the end of March 20110 -
I forgot to add that I exercise 5 days a week, so I get 400 - 900 more cals/day beyond the 1200 that this site recommended. But it's still really hard for me to eat under 2,000 cals/day ....0

My calorie amount is also 1200/day. I've been doing really well so far, but that's because I exercise every day. I usually end up eating 1200-1300, but with exercise, my net calories come in around 900.

i know what you mean! It's annoying seeing my calorie amount in the red. I'm trying to eat most of my calories early in the day so I burn them off faster but dinner food is just so good!0

exercise burn: 500 cal/day
goal: 145ish by mid january 2012 (want it sooner and am working hard to get it done before then, but i've been at this for just over 3 years and rushing now is really not worth it.....)0 -
My daily calorie goal is 1430.
My normal exercise burn is around 930 calories (so about 2200 or so calories on work out days)
I am shooting for 175 by the end of summer
