goal: 110 lbs.

    I just joined MyFitnessPal today. I'm not sure how I can avoid going over my daily calorie needs a day: 1200 seems too low!

    Anyway, here are my stats:

    current weight: 111.8 pounds
    goal weight: 105 pounds
    by the end of March 2011

    I forgot to add that I exercise 5 days a week, so I get 400 - 900 more cals/day beyond the 1200 that this site recommended. But it's still really hard for me to eat under 2,000 cals/day ....

  • My calorie amount is also 1200/day. I've been doing really well so far, but that's because I exercise every day. I usually end up eating 1200-1300, but with exercise, my net calories come in around 900.

    i know what you mean! It's annoying seeing my calorie amount in the red. I'm trying to eat most of my calories early in the day so I burn them off faster but dinner food is just so good!

    exercise burn: 500 cal/day
    goal: 145ish by mid january 2012 (want it sooner and am working hard to get it done before then, but i've been at this for just over 3 years and rushing now is really not worth it.....)

    My daily calorie goal is 1430.
    My normal exercise burn is around 930 calories (so about 2200 or so calories on work out days)
    I am shooting for 175 by the end of summer
    45 pounds away since this morning...
