I'm not lookig for pity, I am responsible for everything I do to my body! I completely blame myself for my gain, but dang it man! I gained 8 pounds back. Superbowl, combined with eating out a bunc last week with my parents. I guess I'm just disappointed with myself. No more excuses though. Gotta get back to it tomorrow and move forward. I know that I can lose the weight bc I did it before, just gotta keep going! Let's do this everybody! =] Gonna go workout now!

it happens. water. lots of water. personally, i've found the faster it comes on, the faster it comes off. some of it could be sodium if you had alot of chips and/or fries, processed foods, etc.

bet you lose at least 3 this week. :-)

That's the spirit. Dust yourself off and do it again. Watch your sodium, that has helped me to lose the weight more and drink lots and lots of water. Just because you "think" you're hungry, it's probably your body telling you it's thirsty.

I had the same kind of week! My in-laws came to visit and we just ate and ate! New day! New week! We can do this!

It looks like you're not eating enough. You need to meet your calorie goal, you shouldn't be under it. That means you need to eat your exercise calories too. You also should track your sodium and sugar. And you need to stop eating so much processed food. It has way more sodium and sugar than you need and doesn't have the nutrition that you need. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low fat dairy. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

you are probably riht, it was weird. I knew I gained a pound ortwo after the game because I was two pounds heavier at the doctors on monday morning. but then I weighed myself today and it was a huge jump. 6 pounds more than what I was weiging on monday. IDK what I could have eaten to make me jump that much.
