Hi everyone!
I am new...as you can read. I joined last week and am really enjoying using the website and the tools. I love the food tracker
My goal is to lose 25 pounds, and do not really have a deadline set. I just want to be healthy and feel good! Look foward to meeting you all!

hi - Its me!'
I got this website from some co-workers.I havent ever done anything this before , but am very intested in figuring out and learning more!!!
I welcome tips and ideas- For Once I am not actually trying a "fad: diiet" and just going in the real way!!!
