I am doing these HIIT (high intensity interval training) routines that are amazing in that they kick your tail in a relatively short amount of time. I am getting the info for them from a book i bought online detailng the "PACE-Progressively Accelerated Cardio Exertion" program of Dr. Al Sears. The guy hawks all kinds of products which you can take or leave, but I think the "PACE" program may be effective. I am mixing it a bit with the "PEAK 8" program described on www.mercola.com (another huge hawker of health products). I am wearing a heart monitor strap to follow what happens while engaged in the workout and it's been fun to pay that much attention to what I am doing. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if the weight loss progress will continue while I am utilizing these methods...along with the caloric monitoring here on myfitnesspal.

Anyone else using or used this method before for a longer period of time ( I have only just begun my fitness mission on Jan 1, 2011). Thanks
